help me with trader terminal

whenever i try to connect using the trader terminal advance it says cannot connect to interactive server. please relogin. please give a solution

If you are connecting to internet through proxy or your PC is behind firewall (If you are trying to connect from office) then you cant log into trader terminal.

If none of the above applies then you need to talk to 5paisa. Hope this helps.

You must have logged in from another machine before logging in to the machine which gives you this message. Go to the previous PC login from that machine, be sure to unselect "restrict my ID to ..." (remove the tick mark) before hitting ENTER. Logout properly. Go back to your present PC. Login from there and if the problem persists contact your CRM.
