Cong wants LEFT to withdraw support
Yes.In case of elections if INFLATION goes against them then the SYMPATHY factor (Left withdrawing support) works in favour.Recently this Sympathy Factor has worked in Karnataka.

Left never committed to support this Deal for reasons best known to everyone. Hence if they withdraw support , it is but expected. So what is sympathy factor here.Its failure of congress to bring other coalition partners on board. In karnataka it was more of treachery so sympathy factor worked . Inflation will go against the incumbents.While economy is strong it will not be able to withstand the twin shock of rising prices and squeezing money supply.But its effect will be seen during 2009. So nothing may go right for incumbent party whenever elections are held. For voters it will be a choice between the Devil and the Deep Sea.
