Yesterday I had made two posts (One being a new thread) but I could not find them here today. Can the moderator(s) please tell me if the posts did not appear due to some technical snag or were they deleated for some reason?

Yes, they were deleted as I can see them in the deleted posts section. I can see that you posted some links to your website, probably thats why they got deleted.
