good lawyer
can anyone please suggest me whether there is any online lawyer here..i needed to take some online tips....it is a company fraud..the company has not paid my salary..

i joined a company and they promised me 35 k per month..they kept on sending me to various cities and did not give appointment letter till 2 months by various excuses..finally when i pressuerised in 3rd month, it was no use..they did not pick up my phone after that..now when i told them that i was going to take legal action against them, they say that all my dues are cleared....i plan to claim 4 months salary from them as i got a new job now(after a month)..it is total 4 months..they did not give any termination letter..they have just given me a relieving letter stating that the dues are cleared..my mobile and fuel are also due

Hey Your relieing letter prove that u were under their service.
moreover onus is on them to prove that they that cleared all due. You Can Surely Win All The Best

We're already going ahead on the legal action....
They are saying that they've cleared my dues, whereas they've not paid me a single penny.. thanks for support..can i have your number?? babuji

there's one more way..along with your legal action, give us the company's email id and we all will spread it across the globe....this is a way to treat those cheaters.....we'll all send mails to the company..and forward the mails and make this popular across the country

My lawyer has send them notice...they say that they will put case against me of defamation and tresspassing the clients..seem that they are not willing to pay money..they also called and threatened me that they have good contacts....it is a security guard company..they are angry over the notice my lawyer send them..they say,they've paid my dues..this is a lie as they've not paid single penny
