Career in Technical Analyst

How does one become Technical Analyst. Are there some International Exams that one needs to clear.
I did google and came to know about Society of Technical Analyst London and Singapore Exams.

In India if you do the TA course from BLB Institute they claim to procure suitable employment for most of their students with salaries starting from Rs5000/- to Rs300000/- (as mentioned on their website) however I have not verified their claims and you should contact them for further information
