Hi all,
I've got some problems with my system, which
I'd bought some one year back.
My system configurations:
Intel GVSR motherboard
Windows 2000 OS
256RAM
80GB harddisk
LG DVD combo (CD R/W and DVR read)
My problems:
1. System goes off abruptly:
While working with the PC, at times it suddently goes off.
Say for eg., while playing some PC games.
I think the reason might be my room doesn't have much ventilation
for air. Is this the real problem?
2. DVD drive is not opening:
When we eject the DVD drive, its getting struct and its not opening.
I've to beat the top of CPU to make it open.
I think some motor problem in DVD drive. Is it?
3. Start up problem:
When I switch on my PC in this sequence, power on->UPS on and then when i switch on the cpu, the monitor begins to get on, but immediately gets switched off.
(i've kept Monitor always on)
4. Hibernate doesn't work:
When I keep the system in hibernate, and when i start my system,
the same problem as in case 3 above happens.
I would be grateful if anybody can give some answers.
Thanks,
Praveen.
