Intresting Article I came across
Forget Dow Jones theory or Elliots theory, dont even listen to any of the analysts, here is a simple way to identify a bull market and a bear market, humourous though it is, but works perfectly Scene I Its a bear market, markets are depressed, there is a young boy who has just passed college, his dad is after you to get him a job, you feel pity for him and ask him to join your stock broking firm, he does'nt seem to be intrested, then you have your wife who is pestering you for a new saree, which at the present circumstances you cannot afford. Scene II The markets start rising First signs : There are new financial newspapers in town, new channels on business, the exisisting newspapers and channels also start talking of shares Second sign: The Chap who was not willing to work in your firm one day knocks at your door with a fiancial newspaper tucked under his arm and asking " you were telling me the other day something about shares". Next day sell part of your portfolio coz fools have started entering the market. Third Sign :You have made enough money in the on going boom and wish to get a saree for your wife, but she says she is no longer intrested in a saree but would like to have some shares of infosys instead. Brother sell off everything, this is the last stage of the bull market, coz the biggest fool is about to enter the market. |
