After Uttarakhand , its now Arunachal Pradesh where Supreme Court found the technical fault in usurping the power.

Centre should keep patience for Congress mukt Bharat by proving on ground rather than snatching legitimate chosen seats.

These kind of decisions are only strengthening Congress' claims.
It seems "congress mukt bharath" is dangerous than 'India Shining' campaign of 2004 :D

Agree.... a viable opposition is required to keep the ruling in check and prevent abuse of power. As some wise person has already said : Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.....

We are living in turbulent times... and our leadership needs wisdom to guide the country. There are two 'C's of cancers affecting the country.... One is corruption and the other is communalism.... And one is worse than the other.... And we need to get rid of both...

I am quite confused  by Mr. Modi's speeches. When he went to Assam , he said that the second green revolution will begin in Assam. Assam expedition is over now.

Now he went to Gorakhpur & said that second green revolution will begin in Gorakhpur.

Sounds very similar to his speeches when he addresses every other place as his second home.

So after first , how many positions he has allotted to the second position...

14-year-old killed in second shocking double rape attack in India - Juliet Perry and Sugam Pokharel (Edited excerpt)

http://edition.cnn.com/2016/07/26/asia/india-rape-cases/index.html

When I come across such articles, where rapist, murderers, acid attack throwers, etc threaten/assault the victim again, I feel a sense of shame and helplessness. Not that such incidents do not happen in any other country, but the fact that the victim here is denied protection that is the right of every citizen.... and the perpetrator is not booked by police for various reasons, and instead free to threaten, abuse, assault, rape again and or even murder.... Our politicians are numb, deaf and blind to such incidents happening time and again across the country. It is high time, that they stop worrying about their own security and do something for the victims instead....

A 14-year-old girl died Sunday in another case of a lower-caste woman allegedly being raped by the same man twice in India. The victim was kidnapped in May by the same suspect who allegedly attacked her in December of last year. The suspect was reportedly out on bail while he awaited trial for his first rape of the teenager..... (Why is bail given so easily for such gruesome crimes?)

Last week, a young Dalit woman in the state of Haryana reported being gang raped by a group of men, including some of the same individuals accused of raping her three years ago. Police say those suspects were out on bail awaiting trial for the previous allegations.

Even for a country accustomed to stories of sexual violence, Sunday was a particularly shocking day. In a brutal incident Sunday evening, a four-year-old girl was allegedly raped by her 28-year-old neighbor in western Delhi. In the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, a 25-year-old Israeli woman was allegedly gang-raped by a group of six men. In Delhi, cases like this are happening every two days...

(In my view, a rape victim is scarred for life, whereas the rapist goes scot free, and even if case is proved against him, he is released from jail after a few years, to live his life as he want to, or even commit the crime of rape again.... The rapist should spend his remaining life in prison for taking away the very same sense of freedom from and of the woman... We do need stricter laws and better enforcement of the laws for women to feel safe in rural India)
