The first add got stopped at BE, then added 2 more but took them off at EoD, so finally carrying only 1 lot.

During the day -ve MM had gone up to -10650, but in the later half recovered about 10 k from the 2 lots scaled in / scaled out,
and the original short position is already in good +ve zone.

Over all a v good and exciting day, but hopefully now we will have a trend in place and can start the really boring part of holding/adding to the position.

Added 2 lots Short around 17700, will shift the stops quickly to BE for 1 (MIS) and about -100 for other (NRML) one.


When trading with Markets money then trade gets comfortable and the risk profile can change . . . a bit . .

Had added 1 more MIS short, scaled out both of them now 17470, keeping the 2 lots (NRML) with deep SL above today's high

Out of the swing short @ 17700 . . .

Average +500 points on 2 lots.

Previous long was -400 points on 1 lot

As of now the trend continues to be down below 18000, so will look for longs only above that

Will re-enter Short position below LoD

Carried home long @ 18024 yesterday and about +200 points of M2M gains

Holding the same position now with -200 Points of M2M draw down

Was unable to get out or cut the position in the opening fall,

now no point in closing it or selling it in panic . . .

Just draw a line in the sand and say if I buy here where will I sell / put a SL . . .

So the SL goes below xx750, once that decision is made the mind is at peace and ready to absorb the -350 points ka jhatka . . .

As of now it looks like a very big down day . . . being on the wrong side of it not only creates a -ve M2M but also opportunity loss . . .

Then again I have to accept this interaction of my chosen time frame (30 minutes) based system with the randomness of the market.
