A system to earn 5 pts in NF...just 5 pts

Just for the sake of record or u may say in academic interest, can you quantify what would be your Profit in Rupees terms if you Buy 1 Lot Nifty at 4905 and sell 1 lot Nifty at 4910!! (After deducting brokerage, NSE charges, STT, stamp duty etc.) Let us ignore the interest lost on the margine given for trading!!

For 1 lot the profit wud be around 180....now tell me what system/setup u are thinking for this profit

Please guide me to a system whereby i can earn 5 pts in NF consistently...just 5 pts is enough. I want to trade 4 or 5 times a day using it with good qty...

So the calculation goes like this...

Say you bought 10 lots, total margin paid: 2,50,000 (assuming 25000/- per lot)
Total Profit = 1,800/-
Brokerage Paid = 700/-

Now assume you got one SL hit.. so the SL should be less than your target, right? say its 2 points + 1.4 point of brokerage

Loss = 1700/-

You are ready to risk 1700/- for a profit of 1800/- while the actual capital at risk is 2,50,000/-

Actual risk reward is just 100/- for the total capital at risk of 2,50,000/-

???? Go for FD brother... that will give you better returns.

If you still want such a system, then go for a simplest moving average system of 3 & 8.
When 3 period SMA goes above 8 period SMA you Buy, vice versa you sell.. results would be much better.

With the lowest brokerage ever possible with any of the mainline brokers it one paise per hunderd.. if you include the other charges(STT, service tax, etc., etc.) it another 1.45 to 1.8 on both sides. So you will certainly lose around 2.45 to 2.8 points on nifty on transaction cost and your net gain will be only the balance (5 minus whatever).
If you are on a brokerage of anything above one paise will eat up more points.
So what do you want to achieve in this low point program??
considering the SLs this could well be a suicidial misison unless you have 100% accuracy. If you have one, I will be interested.
