Hello Ankur

The Intermediate trend is down.

Whether a bottom has been made or not is a question which any and i mean any including Mr. Buffett cannot answer. It is always an opinion.

The above being clear, my opinion is that with what we saw today in the market I am quite optimistic that a bottom has not been made and there is still enough weakness in the global and Indian markets to slip lower. How much lower is also one of those questions which no one can answer with certainity. To me if the long term bull run is to stay intact then 4200 must provide support, otherwise the long term trend will not only be in danger but broken.

Anyway that is my opinion.

Regards

Neo

Currently NIFTY is trading in the D4 segment indicating all averages are in the Bears. Also if you see current daily trading for past 1 week the Dilivery ratio is less than 30%. This clearly means the market is upbeat, and just waiting for some good indications. Please do not expect markets to go to 5000 mark as its in upward mood, and a Good budget with critical tax exemptions may see NIFTY back in 5600-5800 range.
