Dear Vinodji

the high of Nifty as on 11-06-2008 was 4550.00. so we should have gone long at 4528. But still you are saying that we are short .
Please confirm

The levels are for Nifty Futures and not for Nifty spot.

Yep Why not ? I made more than 400 points by following this system + saint's pivot method. I did not trade the system while we were in range bound market !
by the ways I close all position Tuesday because will not be able to manage trade. have some other important stuff to do.

EDIT : I do not follow the system blindly I locked in some profit at some times and wait for the next level to either go long or short .Basically I follows this system with technicals of saint's pivot method.

Thanks,
Ankit

PS: I again request the new members to read the entire thread before taking any position.

Hi Vinod Ji and all friends,

Kindly guide on this.

While going long, can we buy a put of same strike, at which we will go long on future ?

And also,

While going short, can we buy a call of same strike, at which we will go short on Nifty future ?

Kindly guide, according to me , it would take much amount, as we have to buy a put or call as well, or can we just buy them, just to waste them, and trade in Nifty futures, short or long ,with you guidance.

Would this be ok?
Or, trading with Stop Loss only would be fine , without purchasing call or puts ?

Kindly also guide, if we buy calls & puts, and trade in Minify Nifty Futures, with your guidance ?

Kindly, guide as i am totally confused.

Awaiting your quickest response,

Thanks & Regards,
Rajat Gupta
