Hi Seniors and the experienced gurus,
I have a small question, what are the conclusions we can make on an increasing OI in both futures & Options? If there's longs built up, then an equal amount of shorts will also be built up right. Then how can we conclude that a huge longs or shorts have been created? Parv |

Hi,
Based on whatever I know If OI increases with increase in price-it is positive-bullish If OI increases with reduction in price-It is negative-bearish If OI reduces with reduction in price it is positive-market getting lighter and scope for going up If OI reduces with increase in price -indicates short covering-indicating that trend may change Hope this helps |
