Default How to invest in futures without risk



Hi Everybody,

This is Ashok Kumar I am the new member of this forum...I just want to know about Futures & Options.I have taken 3 lots(Nifty) at 4175 for March on my margin (I have account in IndiaBulls).But unfortunately market gone down and IndiaBulls people sold my 90k worth shares...When i got to know this I was shocked can anybody help me out how to invest in Futures without risk..I think it is high risk if we trade on margin amount.....Can you suggest me one demat account which charges less brokerage...

Hi ashokdk,
You need to have stoplosses ( strictly ) while trading in derivatives

Learn first. Device a plan to protect your trading capital. Prepare a trade plan. Trade next. Manage the trade. Exit the trade. Think of profit or loss at the last.

Futures trading is a highly leveraged trading. That means risk of the extreme form. Beginers better stay away from futures and options. That is my bitter experience

Why don't you try Options ? That way you know what is your maximum loss..

buying an opposite option can reduce the risk , but not zero risk.
