Why ZEE still showing up in my net position???
I have a query about ZEETELE. Please answer if you have any...
I have bought 1 lot of ZEETELE on 15th Dec but due to some reason I was unable to square it off on that day. I have the info of its demerger on that day and thought that it will automatically get squared off. But today to my surprise it still showing up in my net position. What is the reason behind it. My contract note also has only buying figure in it and no selling figure. Then please suggest what will happen to this scrip... Please answer...

The following action would be taken by the NSCCL in this regard.
1. All existing contracts in the underlying ZEETELE i.e. contracts with expiry dates December 28, 2006 and January 25, 2007 shall expire on December 15, 2006 and shall be finally settled at the relevant settlement price. 2. The settlement price to be reckoned for the purpose of final settlement shall be the closing price of ZEETELE in the Capital Market segment of NSE, on December 15, 2006. 3. The details of final settlement in respect of ZEETELE shall be available in the F_PS03 and F_PS04 reports downloaded to members on December 15, 2006. 4. All positions in the existing futures and options contracts on the underlying ZEETELE shall cease to exist pursuant to the final settlement on December 15, 2006. 5. The Pay in/pay out of final settlement of all F&O contracts on ZEETELE shall be on December 18, 2006 (T+1 day).
