Search for "Warren Buffett Intrinsic Value" & "Benjamin Graham formula" .... you'll get many articles on the methodology ... best wishes

Hi..

why do you want to calculate the intrinsic value to stock? to know if its undervalued or overvalued?


I am not from Finance background..but below is my take on it..

Stocks are basically ownership in companies...so their intrinsic value should be equal to net income of a company after debt/interest payments divided by number of shares...

But i guess to derive the value you will need to know how to read the balance sheet of a company...
