First Ever dividend

Is there anyway to find stocks that has declared first ever dividend in say recent 6 months. I hope it makes sense.

It may be a sign of turnaround. Dividend is a true sign of earning.
I deserve to be not accurate.

May I ask what is your logic behind "1st Dividend"

Just want to look at stocks which started giving dividend. And as @romy mentions its a good sign.

Just a point worth mentioning, housing prices in some Indian metros are among the highest in the world by some accounts prices in mumbai are higher than those in London.

NSE Realty index since last few years is going down whereas actual real estate prices on the ground are going up !!
