Thoughts of a Fundamentalist.

Hello friends.

I am a trader who trades mostly on the basis of fundamental analysis.Mostly because my trades are 80% fundamental, 20 % technical.

I also believe that fundamentals are an neglected area, as traders now pay no or zero attention to fundamentals before taking a trade.

I believe trading on fundamentals or technicals alone ignoring the other is like walking on 1 foot, in the already difficult path of financial markets and the trader is most likely to tumble somewhere along the path.

Join me here as i discuss and investigate the fundamentals behind a company, industry, commodities, currencies and economy and then take trades based on it combining it with simple technical analysis.

Commodity: Copper

The fundamentals are supporting the base metal and can expect more upside in the medium term.

The chineese market the worlds largest consumer of copper is picking up demand which is good for the metal.

And with the falling currencies , every dip is worth buying into.

Looking for a technical signal to go long in the metal.

Stock:Tatamotors
The outlook for this stock is positive led by JLR and expect volume momentum to sustain going ahead led by Evoque and Jaguar XF and strong demand in China and other emerging markets. Further the introduction of the new Range Rover will further lend momentum to the volume growth.

This stock has enormous profit potential. Watch out for a technical buy trigger on this stock.
