India fiscla situation seems to be worseing

while everyone in India is laughing about the recovering .......the recovery has come at a very heavy cost.
7% fiscal ? That is only getting worse...

EU has a target of 3% for its states...
US and UK are among the worst at 11% and 13% respectively.
