Default Sesa Goa

Traderji

Sesa Goa has posted tremendous result. The icing on the cake is the Rs.20/- dividend. One remarkable feature of the Q4 results is that the bottomline and topline have increased by nearly an identical amount. Q4 NP is Rs.272/- cr and for the full year it is about Rs.460/cr. On an equity of Rs.40 cr, the Q4 EPS is 68/- and annualised is Rs.115/-.

Even allowing for a 33% rise in prices, the NP should nearly double in the year ending 31 03 06 i.e., the EPS could be anywhere between 200 to 230/-.

What does the chart tell ?

Thanks

Kamalesh

Traderji,

The scip has been moving down for sometime now. And a bit volatile also. Is it a good guy at these levels, 590 -610. Has it completed its downtrend or should I wait for some more time. Your valuable comments.

Rgds,

Raja Krsnan
