someone kindly clear the following for me.
What is the time gap generally from the end of quarter to publishing of that quarters results?
Is there any rule or something for that
I asked this question basically because while calulating PEs, if we use march 08 figures and the corresponding rice data that we should use must be the one after publishing the result. Say if the result comes out by may 31, then the PE of that company from May 31 should be based on the new result to accurately capture the PE movements based on the EPS.
Am I right.... Please Help
