Industry to company analysis?
Hi All, I working on a project where studying about a particular indsutry and industry want to do fundamental analysis of industry to company analysis. Can you guys help me out in this. How to go about doing such a anlysis?
Query: 1) I have a industry from which i want to select 5 companies, what parameters should be set to short list the 5 companies? Ex: One parameters which i have taken is accounting standard. all the 5 companies should follow the same accounting standards. 2) Next after short listing the 5 companies and calculating their ratio's and also the industry averages. How do i pick one company which will be suitable analysing that with industry and studying the patterns? Thank you,
