Teledata Informatics Ltd. Why such low value?

Can some one explain whey teledata is valued so low. Its P/E value is 3.58!!! Is it a good buy?

there is a thread on teledata..plz post there......

the value that you see is not alloted by BSE or teledata...its just what your DMAT provider decided to put..ask them
