Not clear what type of ratio you wnat from your line:

How to calculate this price ratio from the given balancesheet or P&L data.

Asuming you want to know these:
1. Mkt. Cap:
MCap = total equity shares x Closing price of the share
= 3.137 * 92.80 = 291.11 crore (NSE price)
= 3.137 * 92.70 = 290.80 crore (BSE price)
2. Div
Given Dividend is not a ratio. It is dividend per share paid by the company related to last year or last dividend paid per share.
3. BV
BV or Book Value per share:
= Net worth related to Equity Shareholders / No of equity shares
= 389.43 - 12.00 (Preference Shares) / 3.137
= 120.32

Hello sir,
I am really happy to find your email id sir you are
only person to clear my long doubht's.

Kindly help me sir.

1. In the front page of moneycontrol.com you have
given TTML (Trailing Twel Month), How did u arrived
it?

EPS (TTM) is arrived by adding the EPS of last four quarters. However, in this case you might find some differences between the total of 4 qrtrs. And year end EPS due to the face that some sort of accounting adjustments asre made in th final accounts by a company which were not considered at the time of publishing qrtrly results. However the difference is very nominal. So, EPS – TTm is equal to quarterly EPS of Last 4 quarters.

2. In a book i studied about the industrieal average.
what is that and How to calculate that.

Please elaborate more to clarify the matter on Industrial average., specifically, on what matter and what do you want to know?

3. What represent the company growth rate. In balance
sheet what should i take it as a company growth rate?

A company’s growth can be of any type and based on: Sales, Earnings, Networth. This you have to decide on what matter, do you want to calculate growth. From Balance sheet only growth rate in net worth can be calculated.

4. The PE Ratio and company growth should apporiximate
equal how should i calculate both.

It is not the P/e ratio, it is” P/e growth ratio” and “earnings growth” should be approximate
equal

5. In sakthi sugar balance sheet the year Jun03 the
Sales,OPM,Net Profit is less when compare to the year
Jun02 but the share rate is moved up. How is it
possible.

Movement in stock prices does not solely depend on the financial performance. The rise in share prices also depends on many other things. Sometimes market also make wrong expextation ie the stock prices goes up considering the future outlook as bright and the earnings will go up, but the actual turns down. This will be adjusted the market later by way os significant drop in share prices.

One more thing: Don’t post a same question at more than one post/thread. Better start a new thread in case you need it.

Hope this helps. Post back in case more clarification required.
