I have made an excel file which downloads financial data from rediff.com for fundamental analysis. This file is without any instruction but I think it is not so much required. In case any help is needed, post in this thread.

Click the "Search" button. The rediff page will open Search the scrip at that rediff page and then see the address bar at the internet explorer. The right most digits, after =, is the rediff stock code. Copy / or enter the code and paste the same in the excel sheet named "Stock codes" and write the name of the Scrip.
Done! No password needed. |

Dear users of fundalys, its an request to all the users to send me the codes of the stocks as much as possible so that I can reguarly update the same and that updated can be uploaded. THis will reduce the time to search for the code at rediff. My objective is to make a comprehensive database list od rediff stock codes and alone making such a big list is not possible. So help of all of your is solicited.
Send the same to me by clicking at the "Email " button at "Stock code" sheet or copying and pasting the new data in any text format at my email id sujittalukder@zapak.com Please note that the same is required in case plenty of stocks are added by you say 10 or more scrips. Thanks. |

Hey guys,
Is there any possible way of getting stock price histories for various stocks directly from some where? I need data on the BSE 200 stocks. Is there a way of downloading this dat from some website or do I have to physically search for each scrip and copy paste the data. I ask because doing it manually is very tedious. Is there a way to download data into excel for yearly estimates directly? Thanks |
