Interests or Dividn't
Hi Traderji,
pls explain if some one buys stocks while trading suppose bought infosys on June from the market at ABC price and keeps it for an year. Will that be liable to get dividn'ts or is it true that only if some one who suscribes to an IPO gets company dividn'ts if he keeps the holdings. Silly questions but me new still got no clue, waiting for ur reply, Thanx Tradji, Pls do comment(sugggestion's are welcome)

If you BUY any stock and continue to own till on the record date when the dividend is declared by the company, you will receive the dividend.
You do not necessary have to buy the stock at the IPO.
