Thank you very much tanewbie. At last succeeded to import FV. Learnt a lot of small but important things in the process. The fv column still needs to be corrected from facevalue to RETURN_ON_ASSETS.

ken

Dear tanewbie,

Will it be possible to reorganize your data (probably will also depend upon your source) to include the standardized information/format as very nicely posted by Karthik. Due to limitation of only 12 field values of ami, there would be requirement of two format files - funda 1 and funda 2 and also the requirement of two csv data sheets to match the formats. This is not to detract from your superb effort but to lay down a universal standard uoload of funda data in consonance with ami structure. Do give it a shot, if and when you can. Would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

HI ALL

here is fundas updated as of 1st Aug 2008.

Btw, i feel there is no limitation of 12 fields.

As I dont get data for other fields, I hv just included what Iget from the net.

NOw please amend the funda format file:

# Format definition file generated automatically
# by AmiBroker's ASCII Import Wizard

$FORMAT Ticker, FULLNAME, SHARES_SHORT, ALIAS, SHARES_OUT, BOOK_VALUE_PER_SHARE, DIVIDEND, FREE_CASH_FLOW, EPS, OPERATING_MARGIN, EPS_EST_CUR_YEAR,QTRLY_EARNINGS_GROWTH,RETURN_ON_ASSETS

$SKIPLINES 5
$SEPARATOR ,
$CONT 1
$GROUP 255
$DEBUG 1
$NOQUOTES 1
$ALLOWNEG 1

The field marked in red is the change in funda format

Hi tanewbie,

What's the source of this funda-data? Can you send me URLs? I have develop a free NSE EOD downloader (also available here [TOOLS & RESOURCES > Data Feeds > End of Day> MetaStock NSE Data downloader with VIX]) and now I want to integrate Funda-data along with daily EOD. I guess funda data comes on a qtrly basis.

So, all members will get funda & EOD data in one XL sheet with all favorite stocks and there will be some value buying signals. Please let me know if you can provide the data source otherwise I'll have to find out from other sources.

Thanks.
