can i open account in markets.com?

One of my friend just opened an account in markets.com.I have the following questions?

1.Is it legal to open an account in markets.com since they are based out of india and deal in forex trading?
2.Forex trading is illegal. Can we trade in US stocks through markets.com?
3.They have taken 100$ through neteller as initial deposit?How can i can my money back?

Usually there is "cooling off" clause in the Contract. If it is there, you can ask the money back. Most likely, they will have padded 100$ with 100$ bonus effectively locking the deposit.

I guess it is a good idea to open an account with them. But first try to know all the things about the signals that are they providing?

1 & 2 - you cannot open a a/c with markets.com or any forex brokers outside India. Forex trading is illegal and so is any trading with margin be it stocks or commodities outside of india.

3 - Get your money out now and close the a/c with which you did the transaction. if you don't the bank will surely do it for you.

Do not listen to anyone here who says you can trade forex. They are all agents of forex brokers trying to trap uninformed indians.
