Average Paise Movement

Could anyone tell me what is the average paise movement for EUR/INR and USD/INR
Also, Is it possible to view the average paise movement of any currency pair on NEST platform (like we have Average true range (ATR) in MT4)

USDINR has a range of about 40 paisa daily. GBPINR about 50 paisa. I don't know about EUR and JPY. GBP, as one can expect, has a higher volatility and nicely defined ranges. It's only good if your size is small. The Bid-Ask spread is large and grows larger when it's volatile.

You can see ATR in NEST.

I'm looking for Intraday CDS data, 1 minute TF. The larger history it has, the better. I just lost my Hard Disc. If you come across any source for CDS data, please do share.
