According to RBI, you can trade only four pairs... USD/GBP/JPY/EUR with INR pairs.. not other pairs ... even other with INR or international pairs..EUR/USD ,USD/JPY or ... so INR pairs legal ,others r illegal according to RBI..

until unless it's not related to violence, you can do it ....if you're good forex trader... you're helping country in certain way, meant to growing economy or so...
