Why choose a STP broker?

Hi All,

we have all heard about going for a ECN broker versus the market makers.
But are you aware of the STP broker? and its advantages?

If not let me explain it to you in the most simplest form.

STP= Straight Through Processing.
Here every order is directly routed to the interbank or the liquidity provider through your broker. There is no room for any sort of manipulation. Moreover, the rates that are provided are the lowest (wholesale rates given to the big institutions and banks) . Through STP platform the orders from the retail brokers is also treated as wholesale.
Your broker will only charge you a fix % of commission/brokerage fees.


So if you really want to make some good amount of profit go for a STP platform.

Unfortunately, there are hardly any brokers who are at TRUE STP BROKER.
Very few, but it will be worth the search.

STP and ECN both are reliable to use! In a word, we have to use only regulated Forex broker in our trading! I see, most of the new Forex traders consider their broker only based on live trading facilities and features without enquiring their regulation status! That’s not proper of selecting Forex broker! Only regulated brokers provide enough capital security!

Yeah, it is always a better idea to select a regulated broker, than to fall in for the non regulated ones, who may offer you some alluring offers.

How to find the regular brokers details, any source to find the real details of broker so that we can trust them.

I think the best way to find a good broker would be by searching for them in the scam sections of the reputed forums and check that them before getting involved into it.

Is it that easy to find scam one? do you think every other person who posted in that is loyal and true with their complaint?

Better some where to look and hope to find some thing which is going to lead us to the information about the scamy brokers, later we could go and do a little research to find the good broker.
