Relation of Currency Pairs

if you look at the way currencies move you find one currency is direct related to other currencies

frm what i have seen with my almost 6 months of indian currency pairs trading, JPY/INR follows USD/INR 95% (or more) of the time.

if USD goes up so does JPY, if USD falls so does JPY

so my doubt is which currency does GBP and EUR follow ?
