Hi
I am new to forex and am looking for advise. I was playing for almost a year with demo accounts with different brokers. Now i would like to start for real and am looking for advice.
My friend recommended mi one broker located in Cyprus, called Megatraderfx. they offer good conditions but am not sure. I wanna choose market maker, should i go for somebody bigger?
I am not trying to advertise, am just looking for an honest advice of somebody who trade or traded with megatrader.

I will appreciate any help. Thanx

Gonzalez, I'm not one for plugging brokers, because I've had so many bad experiences. That changed a few months ago.
I was with Hot Forex for about 2 or 3 weeks, when I looked at a trade I had, and noticed my TP was set, hit, ,but my trade was still running. By the time I got back to the computer, the market already bounced 130 pips against my position. I got a hold of the people at Hot Forex via chat and customer support. They not only fixed the problem, but paid me huge interest. I was not expecting the latter.

I'm with Hot Forex. I hope I did not imply anywhere I left them.
I still have my demo with Brocco.
Sir just checked with hotforex I am surprised that you choose them as your capital is very large and the company was founded in 2010 , quite new company they are regulated under an offshore Jurisdiction ! =0

Hi Gonzales,

Does Megatraderfx have an Indian branch? An operational office in India??

Also, u stated you looking out for market makers, any specific reason for the same?

I would suggest fist checking their policies, regulations, (obviously beside the offer part) and the Indian office. Because you wouldn't really want to invest in a foreign company where you cannot reach immediately.

Yes, its better to go in for bigger companies, as international presence makes a lot of difference in terms of funds safeguarding & services.

Let me know if you need any help.

good luck.

@dhasta

agreed, 1 must go with bigger companies as they have better fund security.

but @gonsalves, i cant understand y u want to go for market makers? i went through this forum & i observed that many experienced & even new traders want to go for an ecn broker, so why a market maker specifically??
can you pls explain.
