USDINR after rupee close

Dear All,

I am a commodity trader and am new to this field. I was wondering if someone can offer USDINR forex after the rupee close at 4.30 PM IST. I have been listening in the local market that people are offered rupee quotes after the rupee close, can someone please let me know how this is possible.

OTC spot is 24/5 , so this is possible
