im a newbie in the forex trading, recenly i came to know about HYmarkets(a broker based in UK...anyone know about this broker and thier position among the Forex traders.Eagrly waitng 4 ur reply...plzzz:)

about leverage

Dear Forex friendz, im confused with the term leverage.Each person gives diffrnt ideas about this. how 1:50 deffer from 1:400, wich would be the ideal leverage for a biginner?

hay it is very simple as beginner u need know only this.

1) ideal leverage for beginner is 1:100

it means when u deposit 100$ u can trade up to 10,000$. for every 1$ they can give u 10$ to spend

it is very simple. When you make initial deposit $100 to hold $10000 worth of any product it is 1:100. If the deposit $200 to hold the position worth of $10000, it is 1:50 if $400 deposit to $10000 worth the liverage you are getting is 1:25.Higher the leverage is high risk lower the liverage is low risk.Handling the liverage is very important in margin trading.

i set my leverage 1:100 in one account and 1:50 in another account(both demo account).when i was trade in GBP/USD magine amount 100000 in both leverage.how it happen?

Leverage is probably the most easiest thing to understand in Forex or that matter any kind of trading.

Defferent leverage same result!!!???

I have 2 alpari demo account,one is 1:1 another 1:100($5000 each). i put sell a in ER/USD in both accout. but result was same...so im asking whre the leverage effect?in this trade both account same perfomence...plz give me an answer...also another doubt, demo accouts doesn't support leverage changes?
