Forex trading in India - Whats the use in learning?

#1
Hi! All,

I have gone through the entire traderji forum and other forums as well and found that converting INR to USD and using this money for Forex margin trading is not permissible. I am totally disappointed. However there are suggestions to use the back door entry which I am not comfortable with it.

Is there any other options which accepted by Govt. I have the following suggestions to make:

1. Can we trade from India requesting our friends/family members to deposit the margin money from their bank account or Credit card to my Forex broker ?. Trading by Indian in India is also not permissible ?.

2. I am ex-NRI and was away from India for several years. I just returned to India for good. I have money in my NRE account. It is convertible to USD. Using this money is also not permissible or illegal ?.

3. Can we use the managed accounts where they offer 80% of the total profits. In this case I am depositing/loaning to him and in turn he puts this money for trading. Is this is ok ?.

Your comments/suggestions are very much appreciated.

regards,
