Default News trading is the only way 2go in FX

The 5% of fx traders that win use news trading, the 95% that lose use TA

Is this true? Wonder if any one could comment.

Sounds logical though does'nt it? Specuators in the forex market are a minority as the forex market isn't driven by greed and fear.

Anyone know how news trading is done?

I beg to differ. TA trading on FX is very rewarding. After having spent years on trying to figure out TA signals on NSE futures - a highly manipulated market, FX is real testing ground.

Its like training yourself driving a car in byelanes of Chandni Chowk and then suddenly driving on Autobahn.

Almost all good brokers have live webinars on how to trade news. Also, several free newsletters give daily projections of upcoming news with possible anticipated r a n g e of movement in affected pairs.

And these analysts are no Anirudh Sethis.

A sample beginning of a webinar:

Economic and political events move the Forex market and create lucrative trading opportunities. Knowing when the news comes out is the easy part. Taking advantage of the news is the hard part.
• Learn about the most important news
events & which currency pairs to trade
releases to follow
• The best time to get into the market
