I am ready to answer anyone questions regarding opening account with STIFX. I am not here to promote or such. But rather help and guide investors and traders on any such questions.
And by having such thread, there is a transparent communication amongst each other.

I have heard various questions in this Forum, regarding can Indian open a Forex account, should you have such queries feel free to ask.

Hello friends,
Yes you can trade legally if you are resident of India. I am not in India myself. But i have friends in India who have opened account with STIFX also and other brokers with no problems. And they do cash out there profits..

Well as far as documents required. you would need what i gave to STIFX is
Certified License card, Identity card and Bank Statement.. I certified from my Embassy. and my account was opened immidiately.
Thats what my friends in India did..

Kishor your question about legallity, ofcourse its legal, cause there are many traders trading from India to be very true to you. And many are booking profits and there funds comes in there bank Account, Like ICICI in india or others banks...

Hi Pallvi

R u sure it is legal? as i believe that there are NO guidelines from RBI re: margin trading
and that this is not authorised.

have sent of many emails to such organisations but in vain.
yes people are trading forex from india, but i doubt if it is legal!
