many of them accept a paypal a/c, open an a/c with them(its free) then u can enter ur Credit card no and thn transfer funds to paypal a/c, check out the charges( although its free for personal a/c, premiere and business a/c's attract charges) .

Once u have the funds in ur Paypal a/c they can be paid in any currency u want.

thanks

Investing Offshore has been made legal in India and one can transfer or invest upto $100000.00 without any questions asked by your bank, though, since Indian banks do not like monies going out of their deposits they put hurdles.
Reliance Money has tied up with CMC Markets UK to trade offshore, online, and one can open an account with them. All transactions will be handled by RM in India.

Hope this info helps
