As far as LMAX is concerned check this ... in FPA itself ...
Lmax will not appreciate you business. That is being said to me with these words exactly.
Along the years I was Lmax partner, retail trader and corporate account holder.
no mater what hat I had with them, Lmax always reply with mannered hostility, throw responsibility back you, and show no appreciation for your business with them.

Maybe they are not the nicest people to work with, but same with the technology they provide. In summery lmax provide lowe technology service for traders, for partners (no back office) and for clients.
Their MT4 platform is by buggous bridge solution, unstable and very fragile.
their native platform is very basic GUI.
Lmax provide lower count of trading instrument, even lower on their MT4. where with MT4 they use extension .lmx which makes it difficult to load charts history onto your station.

Only advantage lmax is famous for is their low trading commissions, but one should note that swaps rate are relatively expensive then other brokers

After being proven again, again and again with the same symptoms along few years, I decided to stop my activity with this. For me low commissions are not worth low quality on everything else.

Whenever there is something new in the market, there will be lots of discussions, as usual. But we will only be complicating our trading thought process and trading decisions if we keep adding more stuff, whether it be multi charts or mini charts ...
I try to keep my trading thoughts and decisions thereof as simple as possible ...
Less disturbances gives more clarity and visibility ...

3 days Left ...
Am I stressed? No way ...
Am I kinda Pre Wedding Jitters ... Big time ...
Why did I go online with this? ... 2 reasons ... I read in "The Monk who sold his Ferrari" that whenever we are nervous, a public announcement creates +ve influence ... It happened with me ... I was thinking about this Challenge since 8-10 months ... Kept postponing, kept giving reasons to myself, why Now is not right time ... Now that I have public-ally announced it ... I cn't go back on it ... Its NOW or NEVER ... That way I over came the 1st hurdle ... Myself n my psychology ...
Second ... With so many people observing, anticipating, criticizing, I will always be on my guard, I will be more cautious ... Helps myself ... both as The Individual and as THE TRADER, who tried walking on a path less travelled ...
Giving final touches to my Strategy and Risk profiling and all important future posts regarding this Challenge ...

In this Global Challenge, the bigger challenge is to Preserve the Capital / initial Equity and to keep adding profits in smaller $ to keep the equity out of the context and Challenge as soon as possible ...
To achieve this, initially, I will be trading micro lots (10 cents a pip). Once enough profit is realized (to keep the equity safe), I will trade mini lots (1$ a pip). Once Bigger Profits are realized, to achieve the 1:90 R2R, I will trade Standard lots (10$ a pip) ...
It's not a Rabbit Race, but Turtle race ... Slow and Steady ... Consistent ...

What a Lousy and Disastrous trading day to start such a Global Challenge ...
All the pairs in my portfolio are ranging ...
Will the scenario change after NFP news?
Have to sit tight for 90 more min's ...
