Hi,
Most of the brokers have middle bollinger band when you set the parameters,if not then you can set 20 day simple MA at the close.You can use MT4 platform with any broker you wish to trade with.---KK

You can download the metatrader platform for free from any of the sites mentioned by opening a free demo account. some of them offer it for a limited 30 day period. think northfinance offers free demo account for unlimited period. check it out.
