Hi all,
Ive been an amateur investor for almost a year now and picked up stocks of-and-on based on recommendations in this forum. Can someone pls go over my icici demat portfolio and suggest if this is good to go long? or should i clean up some of my big bets on infrastructure. Any insight is much appreciated. |

Hi,
Your portfolio looks to go. You can better sell ITC and buy KRBL which is at rs.140 now. It's a fundamentally very good company. they are the one who own the India gate basmati rice brand |

Hi all,
I am new to this forum as well as an amateur in equity trading. I currently hold HCC@145 and Ansal Housing@341 in my portfolio. Please comment on short-term future of these stocks. Also, I would be glad to know about other good mid-cap stocks (for short-term trading). |

Thanks for the reply!
So, I guess you mean - I should come out of HCC pretty soon. Right? Can anyone provide information on Ansal as well ? |

Since the title of the thread says 'Portfolio Analysis' just want to make a quick comment.
The most important thing in 'portfolio analysis' is the asset allocation part and how the portfolio components perform are only a secondary consideration.Other important things are the 'heat' and 'volatility' involved in achieving the returns.Ask any good portfolio manager and they would say the same.Ofcourse returns do matter especially to the investors but how one gets there is even more important. Jst a few late nite comments ![]() Rgds CV
