Following is the methods I have come-up for good fundamental investing method. Seniors please throw your lights on criticizing/discussing for all our mutual benefit.
1. Stock Price x Volume > 1 crore.
2. Market capitalization > 250 crore.
3. % Pledged < 20% (Lower is better)
4. FII Holdings > 15% (Higher is not always better, but may be considered)
5. P/E ratio < 30 (Lower is better)
6. Debt-Equity Ratio < 2 (Lower is better)
7. PAT is positive and increasing at least for last three quarters.
And, technically,
If the stock is available at a weekly or monthly support level, the best.
