Physical shares

I have 45 physical shares of reliance industries and 158 shares of welspun india. They were bought many years back in physical form. Now i have got married. I want to demat these shares. Unfortunately i dont remember old signature. And now after marriage, signature is also changed. Since i dont remember old signature, i am confused how will company verify if i apply for new shares in new name. I will be grateful if anyone can help about procedure.

What is Physical Shares? I am aware this first time.

Dont think its a big issue! If you have an exisisting Demat account , request for demat through them. Should not be a hassle!
