trade tiger charts

hi guys,

does anyone have a problem with trade tiger intraday charts from 2-3 days...or is it just me..??...I mean no data available.

kindly let me know urgently becoz if the problem is just mine, I have to look into it or reinstall tonight as I have to trade 2mrw.

plz help me..

no there is no problem..its working fine

There is no issue with TT.

However you may be facing data corruption issue, so try this out. Go to the folder chart data. Mine is under :

Sharekhan/TradeTigerNew/Chartdata

Under this, you will find 3 folders : Daily, Intraday and XYRange. Delete these folders along with the data (No issues in deleting these) and then try to log in and check the charts. It should work fine.

What happens is that each time you open a chart, it is saved in either of these folders, and may get corrupted, which creates problem with the chart. Deleting these, resolves the issue.
