(1) Can anyone plz explain LTP/ATP and Absolute/Ticks in SqrOffSell and StopLoss Sell sections in Buy Bracket Order Entry window?

For eg I buy 1 share of Reliance at Rs 1000 and want to sell automatically when it reaches Rs 1002 and stoploss at Rs 998. What parameters/figures do I need to enter?

Is it possible to NOT to enter stop loss parameter and only sell sqr off?

It is 40 ticks for both target and SL. Then you may also want to define a TSL of min. 20 ticks.

I don't know whether it is possible or not, but then that would negate the purpose of a "bracket" order, wouldn't it ? It is called a bracket order because both the target and SL are defined.

If you are getting confused with ticks n all please use absolute points as SL and TP.
So you have to select 2 points absolute for your TP and SL orders and as you have not mentioned anything about trailing stop, dont check trailing stop so trailing stop will not be activated.

So how to input absolute sell value for eg Rs 1002? Can you plz explain what you mean by 2 points? I am not able to understand what the word "ticks" mean. :(
