I am Zaid I am A Nri working in abroad. I want to start a Assest Management firm like rare enterprise or LLP Company to invest in stock market. To manage my own portfolio my capital is 2 cr.
What i was thinking is starting a company to manage my own portfolio by Some professional trader and analyst. I will give him 20% profit generated buy him. (of course i can take a pms or MF services. I used there servces and lost more than 1/4 of my capital ) so i was thinking if i was the decision maker to buy stock it will be help for me..
so please guide me how to start the LLP company or assets management firm..
