Hi,
1. I think what harmads is saying is correct but again if you look at the recent performance, NPAs are coming down, number of employees has reduced (cost cutting), IMHO great future (ICRA IPO coming up, steel cement sector gaining, recent trend). 2. I dont know if its a buy/sell @ 13+ but I think its a turnaround story. 3. Disclosure: I have some stock of IFCI so my views could be biased. 4. Would want to read what other people have to say.
