I have some shares of Teledata Informatics Ltd at 15.25. The company seems to be doing well, according to their dividend payments, annual/quarterly statements. But, their stock is going down rather than going up. Should I hold on to the stocks? Thanking in anticipation...

Hi I am invested in Teledata for the last one year and have been averaging regularly. My current avg price is about 17.5. I have received the annual report and the dividend. The price keeps falling though. Other forums discuss this share and say that operators are controlling the stock. Management is not promoting the shares though. A lot of calls have been made on this stock after the last quarter results (which was on target and very good) but the price is sliding regularly. I am going to retain this stock till the price climbs and then maybe sell. Any experienced hand want to guide us novices?

Teledata seems to be a very controversial stock - I was going through some other forums as well. There are both strong supporters and detractors. Incidentally, the MP deal is alongwith Motorola as per the news item. But, can rural broadband be a revenue making deal for the company? I went through their analysts meet ppt as well (can be downloaded from their home page). Does anyone know which analysysts were called and what is their opinion? With them diversifying into so many areas, can not judge the profitability. Any inputs?

i have got message from the company stating that the dividend is credited to my account on 261006. i am also buying and averaging. in my view, the company's equity is going on increasing; but the company's prospects seems to be good. but it should not become another kolar bio-tech or soundcraft ind.
