Not able to understand NIFTy

Everytime I am not able to understand market 2 days before I sold 6300 nifty call thinking that market won't go up, and bought 6200 put now market raised too much I feel so unlucky

Please someone help me to understand

my capital is less Rs.5000/- but I had big loss last time about 30,000/- so just want to recover it.

no it started in december, i traded first time in november received rs.4000/- profit for rs.20000/ investment, after that i invested around rs.40000 in december on put, i had big loss that time, now rs.5000/- left in demat... I feel so unlucky Do you think nifty come below 6200 ???
